PASTE-UP PROJECT
In class we did a paste-up project to show how prints were sent out "back in the day" to the printer before computer mock ups. I thought this was a fun activity since I grew up watching my mother do graphic design this way. Each layer represented a different color the first being Yellow the second being Cyan the third being Magenta and finally the black was on top. Then we wrote notes on color percentages on the tissue paper on top. My least favorite part was cutting the words and placing them into a circle just because of the time it took. Overall I was happy with this and how it turned out. Final project looks very similar to the photo we copied!
